In light of the rising covid infections and the effect of this historic chain of events has on our providers and the people with disabilities they serve, we are declaring a moratorium on monthly fees for the months April through AugustĀ 2020. We will issue invoices for April and May that will go out the last day of the previous month reflecting this.
We are working with state vocational rehabilitation agencies and our providers to extend current awards that are due to expire during this period

Our Board has met virtually and have decided to remain closed until at least July 31 as we, as a nation and individually, deal with this pandemic.
Though we understand that many businesses have begun reopening, we also appreciate how the past quarter has affected the ability of our providers to secure employment for participants. We also appreciate that travel has been shown to increase the spread of the disease and do not want to contribute to that.
We have decided that, in light of the above, to extend the moratorium on provider fees for the month of July.

Update 7/29/20
Looking at the most recent data related to our collective response to covid, it would appear that we may be turning the tide. Thank you for the steps you are taking in your individual lives and organizational policies.
That being said, we fully appreciate that businesses are slowly reopening and that is affecting how possible it is for your organization to provide services to your populations and maintain staff hours.
Considering all of those factors, we have decided to remain closed and continue our moritorium of provider fee assessment until August 31 in order to reduce the organizational operating expenses and assist our providers in getting back on their feet financially.

Update 8/28/20
We will be reopening and will begin to catch up on the provider reviews that have been extended due to the pandemic. Our staff will be traveling and we ask that the providers we meet with comply with the CDC guidelines for the safety of all concerned. Be safe out there.

Please be advised that due to the increasing frequency of covid infection and the probability of a vaccine being effective in the near future, we have decided to discontinue travel to providers for review purposes until May 1, 2021. We are working with state vocational rehabilitation agencies and our providers to extend current awards that are due to expire during the balance of 2020 until June 1,2021
